Self Observed is a tool for tracking and reflecting on your own data. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app should be relied on as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to a professional before making changes to your diet, fasting, medication, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it solely to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
• Don't reverse engineer or overload the service.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important by using the export feature. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; we will revise the date above when we do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app.
